VirdiCraft Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from VirdiCraft. That's why we offer a generous 180-day (6-month) return policy and a 1-year exchange policy for issues resulting from normal wear and tear on our products.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at info@virdicraft.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We understand that your gear needs to hold up to the adventures of daily life with your dog. If your product experiences normal wear and tear within 1 year of purchase, we’ll happily exchange it for a new one.
To request an exchange, email us at info@virdicraft.com, and we’ll provide you with the next steps to process your exchange.
Damages or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and email us immediately at info@virdicraft.com. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason. To qualify, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of our decision. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, email us at info@virdicraft.com.
